The vibration from the desk is so intense because it simply abruptly halts. It doesn’t slow down first – it just stops, NOW. 🤦‍♀️ It’s pretty stupid, but there’s nothing I can do, other than buy a new desk. 🫤

@movq@www.uninformativ.de I see. Soft start and soft stop are great features. Probably also helped longevity of the desk itself. Not sure if something could be rigged up with a resistor here to dampen it a bit. Electronics are really not my cup of tea.
