OK, I had a look at my logs. Seems my server got found by spammers. Lucky I have mod_firewall and block invalid certs. 😃
If this is due to the xmpp wttr.in bot I shared here you should fix your certs.
Today I got a lot of s2s errors on my #xmpp server because of servers with invalid certs are trying to connect.
