@freemor@freemor.homelinux.net Okay, i admin, i have no idea what a TZAG is? And thanks for the great link about CloudFlare! MITM on 5% of the web…
I think we sometimes forget that even with all the advanced web technologies, you can still share your ideas with a simple text file.
webs that catch musical notes drifting by↵the spider will eat them to sing in stolen voices↵shake the web and they will all fall out at once
We are now weaving one of the most sophisticated webs of all. Not long until the star spiders notice and come down to build their nests.
The zodiac signs were originally spiderwebs, but the minds they caught were heavy. The webs were pulled down to Earth and became part of us.
impossibly intricate heirloom webs passed down the generations that catch even cosmic rays and refract light to dazzle predators
vegetarian tree colony spiders that still weave webs because they serve as memory, ears and calculators now
a living web that traps spiders that attempt to mate with the decoy in the middle
a spider that leaves its web between timelines to feed on its alternate selves
a spider so large that it needn’t weave a web - it just spreads out its legs in every direction and the threads unfold between them.
Spiders, but seen as an organ of their web.

Me, but you, but me
On May 28, 2010, Mark Pilgrim wrote the entry below on his weblog. He has since long been gone, but I am keeping this entry, named “ Me, but you, but me,” which I liked very much. I really wish he would come back.
I’ve been active online for 9 years now. With one exception, nothing I’ve done online has brought me closer to m … ⌘ Read more
Finding little to talk about
The main problem with Jekyll is that is out of the way. Unlike other weblog engines, which are managed via the web, I come to the shell to type and process this. Perhaps I need to research a better workflow?
I am finding little to talk about lately, and that is keeping things here rather quiet. It is not only that I do not have much to write, but that when the desire arrives it gets lost in translation, mostly because of the way I have decided to handle this little space of mi … ⌘ Read more

Moved to a Droplet
Having wished for a while to run this little site on SSL —as well as having the freedom to do more things— which GitHub does not allow, I have finally decided to move to a virtual server of my own. At $5 a month per droplet, DigitalOcean was the provider of choice.
DigitalOcean droplets web interface is very clean, simple, responsive and functional. Spawning the server took 54 sec … ⌘ Read more

NixOS 13.10 released
We have released NixOS 13.10, the first stable branch of NixOS.
Its goal is to provide a safe branch for production environments

potentially destabilising changes that sometimes occur on the
unstable branch. You can get NixOS 13.10 ISOs and VirtualBox

Create files on GitHub
There is a new feautre on GitHub, and this one allows you to create files directly from the web interface. This is very handy, for those of us running Jekyll.
This is my first test of the feature, I had to try it right away. Only wishing now to have a friendlier Markdown/kramdown editor. But it’s a start. I like it! ⌘ Read more
