Jeg lå på riget med ex-fix i benet i ti dage, før den næste operation.
I den periode fik jeg to timers trykkammer-behandling hver dag.
Det drejer sig om at man sætter sig i et kammer som de trykksætter til 2.4 atmosfærer, og så trækker jeg vejret i 100% ilt.
Idéen er bare at få en helvedes masse ilt ind i kroppen, for bedre at danne nye blodkar, og til at hjælpe heling.

Min stue på riget var genial. Enestue med fire store vinduer, og udsigt over fælledparken.
Spiste og drak ingenting på dag 2, fordi jeg var skemalagt til en operation, som blev ved med at blive udskudt. Det var lidt hårdt, særligt fordi jeg også havde ondt. Blev opereret af Kuram senere den aften, som flyttede nogle af stumperne af min talusknogle på plads. Den har åbenbart været slået i 20+ små stykker.

De tilkaldte bagvagten, så kirurgerne Sarah og Asger kunne operere mig samme aften. Jeg vågnede lidt efter midnat med et ex-fix, og en fod der peger nogenlunde i den rigtige retning.
Næste morgen blev jeg flyttet til Afdelingen for Led- og Knoglekirugi på Rigshospitalet, hvor jeg skulle opereres samme eftermiddag. ⌘ Read more

Først sad min ankel vinkelret forkert (undersiden af min højre fod vendte hen mod mit venstre skinneben). Ambulancen kørte mig til Bispebjerg Hospital.
De første læger troede at den kum var gået af led, og bare kunne trækkes på plads ved at tage ordentligt fat. Efter syv smertefulde forsøg gav de op.
De CT-scannede min ankel og erklærede at skaden var “fagligt spændende”. ⌘ Read more
