我觉得这样的例子其实有很多，比如举重、体操、滑板等等… 首先我们先不讨论大众日常运动的定义是什么，因为可能过于笼统。但是确实很多看似很高难度的项目其实貌似有着不错的群众基础。然而在默认这个问题条件成立的情况下，往往隐藏着一些大众的认知误区，或者说偏差。我先来讲一下我认为的偏差在哪儿。
就拿本人十分热爱，而且从事了很久的攀岩项目为例：作为一个在上届奥运会刚刚入奥的宝宝项目，很多看过的朋友们可能会觉得，每一个选手都飞檐走壁，像个蜘蛛侠一样。而现在很多一二线城市，攀岩馆也随着这项运动的兴起，也想雨后春笋一般地开了起来。仿佛看起来攀岩运动，这个看似十分高难度的运动也可能成为一个“日常”运动。但是，大部分人不知道的是，就好像说“早起5km、马拉松和UTMB都是跑步一样”， 把日常岩馆体验、攀爬和奥运会攀岩甚至”Free Solo”里那种无保护攀登一概而论其实有失偏颇。下面我们从攀登分类、比赛规则和攀爬难度这三个方面来解析一下为什么这么说。 … ⌘ Read more

诚然，以我跑步8年的经历来说，我所了解的是跑步中有氧和无氧训练确实是有冲突的，但也并非完全相斥，要根据运动员的具体项目而定。
如果大家见过短跑体育生训练，就会发现他们其实大多数时候都以力量训练（ 大重量低频次）为主，跑步等有氧训练占比很小，最多也就是热身跑两圈，跑步训练也是以50米、80米、100米、150米等短距离冲刺训练居多；而中长跑运动员更多注重有氧的积累，平时会跑10公里这种远超专项的距离，但同时也 … ⌘ Read more
