A few technical changes
A few things have happened on my current server setup. The biggest one was my move from FreeBSD to Ubuntu. I do not have complains about FreeBSD — how could I? — but I wanted to play with more recent stuff, and it was becoming very hard to do under BSD. I also wanted a refresh, since I had been running that VPS for a while and it was starting to feel “dirty.”

No you can not skip qml if you plan to use qtquick. Without qtquick you don’t get the nice animations etc. Yes you can write the business logic in some other language, but it is also possible to write it in JS instead. Especially with small simple apps is probably a good idea using … ⌘ Read more

I don’t know about that, I guess the combination of it both is Quite a good idea… Cause you can easily see that 13.10 is newer than13.04, you can’t see that from raring ringtail and saucy salamander… Unless you know its alphabeticaly. And in non english speaking countrys … ⌘ Read more
