felt great today! temp was down to 78F and 80% RH, but there was an ever so slight breeze so it did not feel sticky. carbo loaded the day before so maybe that had something to do with it too, but i really have not been tracking my nutrition at all. kept it easy the first five or so miles and then bumped it up ever so slightly for the remainder. probably could have gone an even two hours but running on new shoes (hoka mach 6) and really have not broken them in yet. lots of hot spots and a lot of troubleshooting on the go.

nailed the base portion of it. took a walk break and then a “cool down” to top it off. thought it would be nice outside with some rain but it was barely sprinkling when i was out until after the run.

longer run than usual but this humidity is so brutal it may be long enough. took a walk break to watch the dolphins and then was almost bit by a large dog. talked with a few of the regulars on the path. i think everyone is feeling the heat!

但我今天换种画法，画成下面这个样子。
每个格子代表内存中的 1 个字节（8 位），格子上的数字就代表内存地址，我也直接用 10 进制来表示了，免得 16 进制又算不明白了。
目前内存是完全空的，格子里没有任何内容。
试想一下，如果你忘掉所有的语法规则和编程规范，你会如何描述对这些内存格子的操作呢？
一、类型系统
很简单，往格子 3 处放个数字 29，往格子 6 处放个数字 38，就这么简单直接地描述即可。
