“A ausência destas três fundações torna a ENAAC 2030 num documento programático sem força operacional. Embora o diagnóstico climático seja atualizado e rigoroso, falta-lhe aquilo que define uma verdadeira estratégia: metas concretas, prioridades, meios, prazos e enquadramento em instrumentos jurídicos obrigatórios.
A desadequação ao estipulado na Lei de Bases do Clima é um exemplo: a lei exige que Portugal disponha de planos setoriais de adaptação para território, geografia e meio natural; infraestruturas, equipamentos e meio construído; e atividades económicas, sociais e culturais., mas todos, que deveriam ter sido aprovados até ao final de 2023, são omissos. A sua inexistência e a completa ausência de calendarização na ENAAC 2030 fragilizam todo o edifício da política nacional de adaptação.”

Fuck’n expensive as hell, the only palce you’d be able to afford to buy or rent is at least ~2hrs out of the city by public transport (i.e: train) and by that time you’ve just pissed your life down the toilet, because you’d be expected ot work a 9-10hr day + 2-3hrs of travel each way, buy the time you factor in having to wake up super early to get ready to travel in to work, you basically have zero time for anything else, let alone your ufamily,
